initial fishing report 27 September 2016
9/27/2016early morning reports of salmon “milling around” in the estuary, at the lower boundary of the DSR, did not translate into any significant numbers of fish moving into the river – action was consequently very slow as of the 8:00 AM reports
September 26 Evening Report
9/26/2016Fishing on the run was more productive in the morning than it was this afternoon. While it was clear at mid day that a good number of fish had been brought to hand the fish movement and hookups became spotty in the afternoon. We did receive some rain late in the day. Hopefully we will receive more rain over the night. Water flow from the dam remains at 335 cfs and is408 cfs at Pineville.
