September 23rd Fishing Report
9/23/2017

SEPTEMBER 23rd AT 6:00 PM. Here’s the evening fishing repot. Most guests and the river patrol are reporting that the fishing has been very good all day with many people getting hookups all over the run and bites increasing as the sun goes down.
The posted water release from the Salmon River reservoir is currently 335 Cubic Feet per Second through midnight tonight. The recorded water flow at the USGS Streamflow gauge on the Salmon River at Pineville is currently 409 cubic feet per second.
The weather forecast for tomorrow is sunny skies with a high of 87 degrees and a low of 62 degrees. Tomorrow’s sunrise will be 6:54AM and the sun will be setting at 7:00PM.

Fishing Report Sept 23 Late Morning

The reports that we have had thus far this morning suggest a repeat from yesterday. Fish from top to bottom with fish for everybody. No particular section seems better than any other. All fishing very good. Hookups and fish brought to hand. After lunch we will give another update as anglers start to leave. At this point, they are staying down on the run.

Evening fishing report 22 Sept

Evening fishing report 22 Sept 2017…Many positive comments from the clients leaving this afternoon and evening. Lots of hook ups especially between the Joss Hole and the Flats. River walkers report that the upper portion was slow, but the number of fish picked up this evening. The lower end also had great fishing this afternoon.
Water flow…out of the Dam is 335 CFS and out of Pineville 414 CFS
The weather for 23 Sept will be sunny with a high of 80 and a low of 55. Sunrise will be at 6:53 and the sun will set at 7:00
