Eyes on the river Sept 13 2016 at 4 PM EST. The water is still warm today but fish have been sitting in the Estuary and moving into the DSR. I was at the Black Hole and Little Black Hole and saw some fish go by. If you are coming this weekend expect fish to have moved up between the Town Pool and 81.
