Over the weekend we had some cooler weather conditions with morning temp’s in the low 40’s and the afternoon temperature reaching into the 60’s. The fishing pressure did increase over the weekend which is normal for this time of year. We did hear of a few fish landed on Saturday, but overall it seemed that Sunday was the better of the two days. On Sunday we had the most fishing pressure in the morning and by mid day the crowd had thinned out as anglers headed for home or came off the water to watch football. In the afternoon I took my son and one of his friends down to the DSR. We fished the lower end of the run and by late afternoon we saw very few anglers. The kids did great, they landed several kings along with one coho and had a few other hook ups.
